What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform various administrative duties to support the team
Accurately input and manage information in the company database
Maintain and update filing systems
Provide effective support in a team-based environment
Communicate professionally with stakeholders
Respond to emails and phone calls promptly
Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
Manage contact lists and customer records
Create presentations as assigned
Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Follow department procedures and workflows
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Reliable high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant in a healthcare-related service
