Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This position involves approximately 3-4 hours per day, four days a week, with the possibility of some remote work. As a key support member for our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings and events
Handle SLT email inboxes and ensure timely responses
Manage projects and create presentations for executives
Act as a liaison for IT needs and support internal users
Compose communications and maintain confidentiality
Schedule appointments and screen calls for SLT
Assist with purchasing, travel authorization/reimbursement, and other administrative tasks
Maintain records and filing systems in compliance with retention policies
Serve as a backup for the front desk and/or shipping team
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications You Must Have:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a secretarial position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Excellent project management, time-management, and priority-setting skills
Ability to multitask and pivot tasks unexpectedly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets, software, and common applications
Develops strong relationships with coworkers, vendors, and auditors
High degree of attention to detail
Maintains dependable, punctual attendance
Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
