Account Manager
Posted 2025-05-17Primary job: Improve & Expand Accounts
An Account Manager is the face of the company, and the primary contact for our very best customers. In contrast to the Business Developer who focuses on hunting or closing new accounts, Account Managers focus on farming, which involves a combination of improving and expanding existing account relationships. Account Managers track all of this progress within our ERP and CRM system, as well as supporting BI tools. The data collected in these systems are then used on a quarterly basis to consult with the customer on how to improve and expand their business with BGR.
