Sales is a part of the companys front line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get new customers for the company and explore new business opportunities. They are responsible for selling services to clients or other stack holders based on their needs. They are also responsible for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Research... and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Research and analyse sales options
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
Build and maintain professional networks
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Extensively Travel to client location.
Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Fast learner and quick thinker
Passionate about sales
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Qualifications
BBA/BBM/MBA from a recognized institute or any other similar qualification to meet the job requirement.
