Background/Expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Human Resources experience preferred
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• SPHR/PHR or other relevant certification preferred
• High level of ability to work independently
• Demonstrated expertise and creativity in sourcing high quality active and passive candidates.
• Ability to identify talent and match to the needs and culture of the organization. Expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with high sense of urgency, professionalism and excellent customer service.
