What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Support student and patient interactions across various communication channels
• Assist with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
• Provide general information on academic procedures and processes
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Proficient in English language and basic computer skills
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
• Knowledge of Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
