Payroll Specialist

Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll utilizing Dayforce
Enter, maintain, and process information related to employee compensation, time worked, PTO, paid leave, deductions, tax withholding
Assist with the creation of reports in Dayforce for analysis and issue identification
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies in alignment with company policies and regulations
Requirements: Bachelors degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent in related work experience 7+years of payroll processing experience in a multi-entity or multi-state environment Advanced Excel experience (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, payroll principles, and regulations with a focus on Massachusetts. Multi-state knowledge a plus. Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing
