What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals
• Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
• Process basic data changes to customer accounts
• Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
• Work weekends, holidays, and shifts with potential for mandatory overtime
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage
• Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment
• Ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 0-2 years of experience in alarm monitoring or related field
• Certification in alarm monitoring services
