We're established & well-organized. We're a family-owned, non-franchised, local cleaning company that's been doing business in the Sioux Falls area since 1989.
Flexible schedule. Approximately 15-20 hrs per week, performed sometime between 3 PM to 9:30 PM Monday through Friday. You won't need to work every Friday, but may occasionally need you to lead an... orientation on the weekend or work 25 hrs in a week.
Work remotely for the majority of your hours.
$18/hr
Christmas bonus.
$400 retention bonus after 4 calendar months.
Two weeks unpaid vacation per year increases to 3 weeks at first anniversary.
Never work a major holiday.
Training provided; positive attitude required. Experience preferred but not required.

Job Summary
Assisting the business owner, management team, & team members with various administrative tasks involving multiple types of software mostly performed remotely. Masterful at communicating with employees, customers, & vendors. Proficiency (very comfortable) with Gmail, Word, & Excel is a must! Strong writing, verbal, EQ, & problem-solving skills are also necessary!
Other skills needed for this position include time management, computer & phone proficiency, attention to detail, communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, multi-tasking, & confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Screens employment applications
Leads orientations for cleaning techs: review new hire paperwork & training materials
Obtains, enters & organizes data & files
Recognition: Christmas, anniversaries, & birthdays
Scheduling work
Phone/email support: late afternoon M-F only
Engagement: assists creating & running more robust employee recognition/appreciation program
Organizes special staff functions like annual supervisor outing & teambuilding activities
May book travel & reconcile expense reports
May post job ads on various websites
Assists with inventory of cleaning supplies
Assists with projects as needed to add value to the company
REQUIREMENTS
Home address in Sioux Falls area.
Reliable transportation for limited local travel.
Permanent home address with Wi-Fi connectivity.
Maintain & use your own computer, which can effectively run a web browser (preferably Google Chrome) & basic software in the Microsoft & Google ecosystems. Sunset Office Cleaning provides Google Software - we can talk about Microsoft.
Maintain & use your smartphone for company texts, email, Google apps, & call forwarding of the company's main phone.
Maintain & use your printer for various company materials. Sunset Office Cleaning will compensate for paper & ink.
Education & work history demonstrating responsibility & work ethic.
High school diploma/GED; college coursework preferred.
2 valid forms of ID.
Read, write, understand, & communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills.
At least 18-years-old.
Willing to submit a federal/county background check & have no felonies, no crimes of violence, & no crimes of theft on record.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Move up to 20 pounds occasionally by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
Sitting for long periods while using office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
Repetitive motions, such as movement of wrists, hands, & fingers while picking, pinching, & typing during your normal working environment.
Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes & visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing & analyzing data viewed on computer screens.
