Posted 2025-05-17Looking for energetic customer service representative for our Medicare Clients. Reps will be responsible for reaching out to clients to go over their new insurance plan. They will also be responsible for 3-4 follow ups per year. Reps will be responsible for answer customer phone calls and either answering questions or pointing them in the right direction. Ideally 1-2 years of experience in... customer service, Medicare preferred.
