Outbound Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large healthcare company, is looking for Outbound Customer Service Representatives for a remote/wfh role. Candidates that are interested must live in Washington State or Oregon. This role will be making a high volume amount of outbound calls, candidates should be comfortable working in an outbound call center setting. salary: $24.5 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
• Making outbound calls to our high and moderate priority members who might qualify for case management.
• 60+ Calls a day, work is handed out through excel.
• 30 new members everyday are given and we are expected to make 3 outreached and different times and days within or TAT.
