Requirements: • Proficiency in both English and German (Native German level). • Understanding of the German market and consumer behavior. • Experience working in a Zendesk environment preferred. • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a conducive home-office setup.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (German Time)
