What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans
• Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center or customer service environment
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence
• Strong customer service skills and courteous telephone etiquette

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to problem solve in a positive manner
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience
