Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Disneys social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others. * Provide accurate and timely information regarding Disney products, services, and policies. * Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience. * Keep up-to-date with Disney promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers. * Utilize customer feedback to suggest improvements to Disneys social media engagement strategies. * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. * Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. * Familiarity with Disney products, services, and the brands values. * Customer service experience, preferably in a social media or online support setting. * Technical proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools. Experience: * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or social media support. * Experience working in a remote setting is preferred. * Knowledge of Disneys products and services is a plus. Working Hours: * Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support Disneys global customer base.
