NAMS is currently seeking a Part-Time, Call Center Customer Service Representative (20 hours per week) for its para-transit... transportation program call center. This position handles inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely booking of trips for our valued customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Get to work from HOME every other week!
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls)
- Scheduling appointments for our customers
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Registering customers
- Benefits:
- $18.00 per hour
- Work from home every other week.

- Requirements:
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 11:00 AM
- Comprehensive 4-6 week training done at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position.
- Call center experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Must have the ability to have a workspace at home that meets remote work policies
- Must have reliable internet at home
- Must be willing to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes
- Punctual and reliable
- Computer skills required
- Great communication skills
