- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new products, services, and procedures, and actively participate in training and development opportunities.
- Basic Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and communication tools. Basic troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Empathy and Patience: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
