- Will receive inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits
- This is a call center / customer service type position
- Will receive about 30-40 calls per day
- 2+ years of experience required in a call center, doctors office, or customer service related position
- Must have good computer skills (almost 95% of work will be on the computer)
- Must be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Computer savvy
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be comfortable answering phone calls
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be polite
- Will work closely with Case Managers and Nurses
- Experience with medical terminology
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
