What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open communication with customers and teammates
• Provide timely solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries; follow up to ensure resolution
• Upload Certificates of Insurance (COIs) into the software program
• Respond to support emails and maintain inbound and outbound phone communications
• Assist in training customers to ensure proper software utilization and satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role
• Required experience in the commercial insurance industry; personal, health, and life insurance experience is not applicable
• Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
