What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate resources as needed
• Conduct research using available resources to provide required information to callers
• Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
• Complete necessary administrative tasks and maintain accurate call logs
• Assist with other projects as assigned by the supervisor

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
