What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Field customer inquiries by providing innovative responses to various questions and concerns
• Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care and attention
• Deliver excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
• Resolve issues on the first call by taking a proactive approach
• Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Proven oral and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 6 months of call center experience
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Strong organization and work prioritization skills
