Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies
• Assist in the setup and configuration of software
• Document and escalate issues as necessary
• Collaborate with the team through remote communication tools
• Update customer records and manage support tickets
