What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Interact with players to provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer/tablet/cell phone applications
• Respond to and process inbound calls, real-time chat communications, and emails
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• 2 or more years of inbound/support call center experience
• 1 or more years of remote work experience with set KPIs
• Reliable internet and ability to pass internet speed test
• Ability to travel to lottery headquarters once each quarter
• Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs
• Experienced with troubleshooting internet connectivity, app, and browser issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong typing and data entry skills
