What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Organize communication through emails and phone calls
• Provide customer service as the first point of contact
• Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
• Manage contact lists and organize managers' calendars
• Conduct market research and prepare presentations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant position
• Significant experience with current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services
• Proficiency in word processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging
• High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant is a bonus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
