Customer sites from coast to coast

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Researches various travel rates for cost effectiveness
• Makes travel arrangements travel platforms Deem and Adelman
• Coordinates itinerary with travelers
• Processes billable travel reporting or per diems
• Ensures and maintains compliance with quality requirements and ISO procedures
• Completes required training classes
• All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate’s degree in Travel /Tourism or Project Management preferred or relevant work experience required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work assigned hours based on business needs, including weekend work coverage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel
