We're looking to add a senior brand leader to our team. This Director role will lead and oversee brand management and brand transformation globally for American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT).
What Youll Do:
Develop our go forward brand strategy bringing together all products and solutions under one Masterbrand, aligned to the Amex GBT purpose & vision.
Build strong connections with senior leaders and guide the Global Brand Management & Transformation team in improving our brand's visual identity, reputation, and more.
Lead all aspects of our brand licensing and relationship with American Express, including brand governance and ownership of relationships with the General Counsel's Office and Compliance.
Responsible for creative operations and agency management, working closely with key marketing leaders, Procurement and Finance to improve and grow third party relationships.
Accountable for brand and marketing transformation programs and strategic project management, including mergers, acquisitions and evolving brand strategy.
Develop innovative ways across all platforms, collaborating closely with agency partners. Contribute significantly to creative leadership within the marketing team as a whole.
Develop a strong test and learn approach to improve brand evaluation and revamp our strategy, while crafting plans for future growth and increased brand investment.
Play an active role in the leadership of the Global Brand & Marketing Communications team.
Lead a team of leaders and their teams to deliver successful brand management, transformation, growth and governance, aligned to the brand strategy.

What We're Looking For:
10+ years of senior B2B brand experience working with high profile global brands
Demonstrate strong people leadership skills
Able to lead and operate effectively through periods of significant change
Skilled in effectively managing senior individuals and able to navigate sophisticated organizational structures.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues of every level
Open-minded, excited to try new tactics, and perseverance to see projects to completion
International experience and working with remote teams and time zones is a plus
Strong creative and media agency management skills
Proven experience of delivering results in highly commercial environment
Location: United States
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000 to $200,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance and is also eligible for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
