Role:
We're seeking a part-time Account Manager with 3+ years of experience to be the main point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include client communication, task management, delegation, and coordinating initiatives for projects in the areas of IT, websites, marketing, and beyond.
While this role will heavily... support our IT team by managing support ticket requests, overseeing IT project management, and ensuring IT requests are fulfilled in a timely manner this Account Manager will also have the opportunity to oversee marketing, website, and other creative projects. The ideal candidate loves people, is organized, proactive, solution-driven, a team player, and has strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with HubSpot CRM is essential for overseeing our client support system. Knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, MailChimp, and Facebook Business Manager is a plus.
Position Details:
Part-time: 20-30 hours/week to start
Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs
Remote work with availability between 8:00am - 6:00pm PT

Objectives:
Act as the main point of contact for a number of client accounts, including but not limited to clients who submit support requests within our Hubspot CRM
Support the IT team by managing support ticket requests and ensuring IT requests are fulfilled
Oversee project management for IT projects, ensuring the IT team stays on track
Build and strengthen client relationships, focusing on client retention and satisfaction
Seek opportunities to grow accounts
Maintain accurate client records and stay on budget
Ensure timely project execution
Schedule and conduct account performance reviews
Interface with third-party vendors for issue resolution
Balance client needs with internal workflow
Responsibilities: Manage recurring and project-based client accounts Lead client meetings on a recurring basis to review progress and address any concerns Oversee the client support ticketing system within Hubspot, communicating with clients regarding support requests in a timely manner Process client requests and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for the team Assign tasks to team members within ClickUp and ensure deadlines are met Ensure services are within budget and meet client needs Generate progress reports Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Qualifications: 3+ years in account/project management or customer service Experience in a digital agency is a huge plus Proficiency with Hubspot CRM for ticket support management Proficiency with marketing platforms (Google Ads/Analytics, SEMRush/Moz, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Solution-oriented and process-driven Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and positive customer feedback Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments Understanding or background in IT is a huge plus
