Job Description
Tesla is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our remote Social Media Customer Support team. As a part of this team, you will be the voice of Tesla on social media platforms, assisting our customers and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen interest in automotive and sustainable energy products.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer support or community management role
Exceptional written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
Experience with CRM tools and other customer support software is a plus
Responsibilities
Engage with customers on social media platforms, providing support and resolving issues
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
