What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees
• Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities
• Coordinate facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and timely delivery
• Provide help desk support to network pharmacies
• Make outgoing calls to confirm information necessary for processing customer requests

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• HS diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong patient-centered focus and excellent communication skills, especially via phone
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong computer proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
