What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls as needed
• Perform data entry and manage patient billing and medical information
• Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions
• Operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
• Collaborate with team members and departments to share expertise

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
• Medical call center experience is a plus but not required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience in a medical call center environment
• Strong computer skills for data entry and analysis
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Experience with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
