Description

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple computer systems

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide information about products and services
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Achieve performance targets and adhere to quality standards
