Job Description

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Familiarity with Apple products and services
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
Prior customer service experience is preferred
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products and services
Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes
