What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide excellent customer service support to callers needing assistance

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• At least one year of customer service or call center experience
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Comfortable with PC and internet navigation, possessing accurate typing and keyboard skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a digital transformation environment or with nonprofit organizations
• Familiarity with scholarship processing or educational services
• Additional language skills
