• 1+ year of Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Outstanding financial planning skills and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Strong team orientation with a commitment to a long-term career
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
