We seek a Special Education Teacher/Intervention Specialist to deliver specially designed instruction from your home office in Oregon. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient in technology usage, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver Tier II and Tier III instruction to targeted student groups in grades K-5
Manage instructional guidance, virtual teaching, and strategies for a caseload of students
Develop, write, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
Monitor student progress, complete report cards, and conduct parent conferences
Communicate regularly with students IEP teams including parents and related service providers
Provide direct services to students through web-conferencing software
Schedule and conduct IEP-related meetings virtually
Participate in the schools Student Support Team
Assist with organization and implementation of IEP paperwork and procedures
Maintain accurate data in Learning Management System and special education software
Assist with administering state testing and coordinate special adaptations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Degree in Special Education or related Education Field
Valid Oregon PK-12 Special Education certificate
Successful background checks, including Child Abuse History Clearance
Experience in policy (IDEA) and/or administration with Special Education
Strong technology skills
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and punctual
High degree of flexibility and agility
Willingness to travel for marketing, state testing, and other events
Education Requirements
Degree in Special Education or related Education Field
Education Requirements Credential Category
Valid Oregon PK-12 Special Education certificate
Experience Requirements
Experience in policy and administration within Special Education
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
