What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Process patient cases and create benefit investigations within the system
• Call insurance companies to determine patient coverage for pharmaceuticals
• Maintain attention to detail throughout all tasks
• Utilize dual monitors to effectively multitask and manage workload
• Ensure a quiet workspace free from distractions while working remotely

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• At least 1 year of insurance verification experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home
• Ability to hardwire to an internet router
• Availability for shifts between Monday and Friday, 7a - 8p CST

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah
