Salary Range: (24.05 to )48.10 hourly. The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition, considering location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for leaders in a professional manner
Organize and maintain calendars
Prepare for meetings, including logistics and coordination
Support new colleague onboarding
Prepare and process expense reports
Provide detailed itineraries for trips
Process SAP Ariba Buyer orders and other invoices
Liaise with IT helpdesk for technical support
Support special ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience with administrative tasks
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Initiative and capability to work with minimal supervision

High school diploma or equivalent required
