Skills
2+ years of customer service experience
Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday
Strong computer/keyboard skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service
Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures
Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed
Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy
Support service campaigns as required
Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries
Maintain professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
New hires must live a commutable distance from Cary, NC
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
Prior call center experience is highly preferred
Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products
Passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through

Some college or professional certification is a plus
