Online Technology Support - Travel Agency Experience Required
Posted 2025-05-18World Travel, Inc. is seeking an Online Technology Support resource to assist with internal and external technical support of our online booking tools that include: Concur Travel, Deem, GetThere and TravelBank and our WorldMobile App.
The right candidate will provide courteous, timely, accurate and efficient issue resolution to customers via phone, email, and chat functionality that provides... navigation, troubleshoot, and solve for inquiries concerning all online booking tools.
The right candidate will have working knowledge of either Sabre or Apollo Global Distribution System - Cryptic/Graphical (Point&Click) capability preferred.
Job Responsibilities: Assist customers with online tool navigation, password resets, and building profiles. Troubleshoot Organize day to prioritize client support calls, chats and emails Open service desk tickets to report online issues Keep current on online tool releases, product enhancements and current events related to the travel industry Assist customers with World Travel, Inc. proprietary tools
Education and Experience Requirements
1-3 years previous experience using Concur Travel, Deem, GetThere and TravelBank
1-3 years previous experience with Sabre or Apollo Global Distribution System
1-3 year Customer Service experience
Bachelor Degree or equivilent Preferred
Minimum 5 years work experience in a travel agency setting
Expert Microsoft Office skills
Competency and Position Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with a customer service focus
Comfortable and professional in customer-facing situations
Independent worker who is a self-starter and who is willing to learn
Strict attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
