We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial data is processed according to company policies. You will ensure timely and high-quality financial reports that empower our clients to make better business decisions.
The job requires working in a structured environment with clear expectations and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Although you will need to make quick decisions, maintaining accuracy and adhering to company standards is crucial.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
- Prepare and review weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and financial reports.
- Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss financial reports and business strategies.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email regarding their financials and questions.
- Provide support on other financial projects and assignments as needed.
- Adhere to established company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
- Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on client management in an accounting environment.
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Experience managing multiple clients, balancing varied tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
