We’re looking for a self-motivated Customer Account Advisor to support our insurance clients remotely. This 1099 contract role involves coordinating client solutions, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth service experience in a fast-paced insurance environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Serve as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Solution Delivery: Coordinate the implementation of insurance solutions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to communicate client needs and assist in onboarding new clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on client projects and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
- Qualifications:
- Experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar role in insurance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with remote work proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
