We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. If you're passionate about organization, have excellent communication skills, and a talent for finding the right candidates, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Front-facing virtual interviews on Zoom
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and email management.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Provide general support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an account management or recruitment role is preferred.
  • Confident in your ability to speak English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom and comfortable using various software tools.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

    Requirements:
  • Background in recruiting is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing administrative tasks.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • C1-C2 English proficiency (near-native or native level).
  • A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
  • Full-time availability.
