What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Connect with clients, members, and staff primarily through phone communication to enhance their experience
• Call leads to understand their motivations and how the employer can help them achieve their goals
• Present services that best fit clients' needs based on their discussions
• Assist with managing membership accounts and related inquiries
• Create graphics and post content to the employer's social media accounts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must have prior sales experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient time management skills
• Ability to work during daytime business hours (M-F, possibly weekends)
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet space for teleconferences
