Requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in computer applications and ability to quickly learn new systems
High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
Previous experience in customer service or travel industry preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer service inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services
Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide accurate information on travel policies, pricing, and promotions
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information
Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve service skills

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience
