Yumlish in Dallas, TX is looking for a Remote Email Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through email communication.

Responsibilities
• Promptly responding to customer emails
• Troubleshooting problems
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions.
