REMOTE - Print Production System Analyst II - R8449

The Print Production Systems Analyst II is responsible for providing analytical support for SLAs and print production cost processing for production-related activities and projects within Business Partner Operations (BPO). This is a remote position, print production/fulfillment and health plan experience are preferred.
Essential Functions
Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing large datasets of different forms including structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
Perform data analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders and/or regulatory agencies
Conduct reviews of data systems and reporting data to identify and remediate data quality issues while coordinating with members of internal and external teams
Provide complex metrics and analytics as required by leadership
Perform any other job related instructions, as requested
Education And Experience
Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience is required
Minimum of three (3) years of data analysis and project management is required
Experience in Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing is required
Experience analyzing complex data sets made of unstructured, semi-structure and structure datasets to drive insights is required
Health Care experience preferred
Competencies, Knowledge And Skills
Strong programming skills including SQL and visual studio
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs: Excel, Access, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint
Demonstrated knowledge with relational databases, structured and unstructured data
Knowledge of database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modeling and SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range
$70,800.00 - $113,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidates education, training, and experience as well as the positions scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
