What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues and service inquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with new customers to better understand their needs

• Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong telephone etiquette
