Reports to: Senior Regional Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Coordinator (RMC) supports the tactical execution of leads of regional marketing programs and supports the region's offices and sales professionals.
This role will establish a close and efficient two-way communication with business development teams and Director of Regional Marketing by providing marketing support, including but not limited to sales materials/collateral, social media, trade shows/events, presentations, and association engagement.
Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Knowledge of all ATI Services and target market segments (multi-family residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.
Manage and customize marketing materials from ATI Home Office (HQ) for local use
Assist BDMs with completing marketing material design requests
Ensure Brand guidelines are followed and executed regionally and locally
Support execution of Regional/Branch tradeshows that are deemed strategically important
Execute ATI's social purpose programs regionally
Support sales teams in the development of relevant regional customer stories/case studies
Support Regional/Branch sales teams with planning relevant events/Lunch & Learn opportunities
Attend business development and marketing weekly meetings
Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral in connection with business development opportunities
This role is fully remote, with the ability to do 10% travel into the Anaheim office as needed***
Education And Experience
3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing (construction/restoration industry preferred)
3-5 years of experience in Google Analytics
Background in Digital Marketing which includes email marketing and social media
2-3 years of experience in Design and Creative Marketing background
Experience partnering with sales teams
Able to use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and HeyGen, Braid It
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Platform, and Salesforce
Proficiency of the following software preferred but not required: Pardot, Costar, ALN Vendor Edge, ALN Compass, ZoomInfo, and EiginPrism

Must be organized, detail-oriented and have solid project-management skills.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Customer-service mentality and enthusiasm in supporting the needs of a distributed sales team

Pay Range- $68,640-75,000
