We are the first public charter school in St. Louis County, paving the way for educational choice and opportunity for all families in the St. Louis area. We opened our doors in 2022 and serve K-4 students in the Normandy area. Key Responsibilities
Internalize and own provided curricula to deliver high-quality instruction every single day
Prepare supplemental resources that lead students to a deep understanding of content and
Implement school-wide and classroom routines and procedures with fidelity to ensure a healthy learning environment
Inspire high levels of student motivation and investment in meeting behavioral and academic expectations by implementing and maintaining clear and consistent expectations
Analyze class and individual student performance, adjust lesson plans and instructional methods based on data, and create a long-term plan for unfinished learning
Communicate clearly and often with families to ensure alignment between school and home expectations
This is a part-time teaching position. You will teach 4.25 hours/day, and be paid for 1 hour of remote planning each day.
Hours are either
7:45 AM - 12:00 PM + 1 hour remote planningor 11:30 AM - 3:45 PM + 1 hour remote planning
Pay is $25 - $35/hour which is equivalent to $31,250 - $43,750/year
Paid Holidays, Wellness Breaks & Sick Days
10 - Month Work Year August - June. (With the option to teach summer school)
