Accounts Receivable Associate (part-time) (1219)
Posted 2025-05-18Anaqua is looking for a Part Time (20 to 25 hours a week) Accounts Receivable Associate. For this role, must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Help clients by answering their email questions
Calls as needed to clients to confirm payment details and past due balances
Review account documentation and payment history to determine appropriate collection strategy
Update account status and notes in NetSuite
Post cash received to client accounts as needed
Research for unapplied cash
Obtaining POs from clients and Assist with upload information for our billing team
Maintain Excel files of daily cash collections and report to management
Other tasks, as needed
What youll need to be successful:
Ability to manage tasks in a professional and timely fashion
Attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Excel
NetSuite experience
