Description:
QA/Data Analyst responsible for auditing, manipulating, and uploading client data
Assist Senior QA Specialist in the final testing and quality assurance of builds
Collaborate with senior teammates to manage EDI/file integration projects
Serve as a subject matter resource in client meetings
Assist with providing guidance on SOPs and process improvements
Requirements: Minimum education required: Associates, or Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time) Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
